Shipping & Delivery

We currently CANNOT ship to the following states: AL, AR, DE, IN, IA, LA, MA, MI, MS, NC, NJ, OH, RI, UT, TN, TX, VA & WV

During checkout, the shipping charge will be calculated based on shipping method (Fedex Ground or Fedex 2 Day Air) and destination zip code. Certain states require sales tax on shipping and that will be reflected during checkout.

In cases of extreme weather conditions (i.e., heat and/or cold), we reserve the right to delay the release of shipments to ensure the highest quality of products at the time of arrival. We will contact you directly if we expect to delay shipment.

All wine shipments require a signature for receipt. Signatures must be obtained from individuals over the age of 21 years.

Wine cannot be shipped to a PO box or APO/FPO addresses.

Three delivery attempts will be made by Fedex. After the third attempt the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. If you wish to have the shipment delivered again, a reshipping fee may apply.

We recommend enrolling in Fedex Delivery Manager for easier management of shipments and to avoid missing deliveries. Fedex Delivery Manager allows you to direct deliveries to Fedex Office locations (as well as other partner locations). You can then pick up the deliveries from these locations at your convenience.
